Events Packages

Our Red Package and Blue Package are timed event packages designed with your budget in mind to cover events such as graduation ceremonies, anniversary parties, corporate functions, and precious family events. Both the Red Package and the Blue Package provide you with fully edited and enhanced digital images stored in CD format. You will also receive full Copyright release to all images associated with your event so that you may further edit, copy, or print as you see fit. The services you are to receive with our Event Packages are as follows:

Red Package - $150/2hrs

Two hours of uninterrupted coverage of your event. If your event is held at two or more locations, we will not count that travel time into the covered time. Distance of more then 15 miles between covered location will be billed a slight travel fee.

Full Copyright Release to all digital images obtained from the coverage of your scheduled event. This will be provided to you in a Copyright Release Certificate that will assure you complete creative control over your digital images.

Unlimited numbers of digital images. We will not set a maximum number of digital images for any of our event packages. You will receive 100% of all work done in relation to your scheduled event.

Complete editing and enhancements. 100% of all work associated with your scheduled event will be digitally edited and enhanced through Photoshop to ensure that you receive only the highest quality of work.

All digital images will be provided to you in CD format complete with complementing labeled CD and CD case.

Personalized on-line album to display your event photographs to friends and family. You also have the convenience of ordering prints or a DVD copy from this Imageevent site.

Our guarantee that your final product will be shipped to you no more then 48 hours after the completion of your scheduled event. Shipping time will vary based on location to be shipped. All products are shipped with 1-2 day shipping.

Our personal Insurance Guarantee. Our insurance covers your final product in the event that it is lost to fire, flood, theft, or computer error. With a simple e-mail or phone call we can have a duplicate of your original package shipped to you in 48 hours at NO cost to you. This is just our way of saying thank you for allowing us to be apart of your special event.

 

Blue Package - $250/4hrs

The Blue Package contains all that is listed in the Red Package with a discounted price for doubling your amount of coverage.

 

Printing Policy

Captured Memories By Scott will be more then happy to take care of the printing for you and provide those prints in a standard album. The cost of printing will be quoted to you prior to printing, and that additional cost would be due upon receipt of the prints. Prints are only provide upon request.

Any destination over 50 miles from Katy, Texas will be charged a small travel fee that will be added to your package pricing.
